World Animal Day

   Since 4 October 1226, Saint Fransisc of Asissi, protector of animals, along with those who wrote the song creatures " Sister moon and Sister Sun " have enlightened and comforted animal life.

Summit of the UN General Assembly

Sandstorm in West China !

  The phenomenon has led to big traffic problems because the near-zero visibility. 
  Locals say they have not seen anything like this for decades.

Russia is invaded by smoke!

   The smoke from vegetation fires in Russia reached the stratosphere, at an altitude of 12 kilometers, according to data from U.S. satellites Terra and Aqua.
   "At this altitude, the smoke can move with great speed, damaging air quality far outbreaks of fire. Pyrocumulus and smoke clouds in the stratosphere show high intensity fire" it said in a NASA press release.
    The smoke produced by forest fires and vegetation were wrapped on Friday morning, Moscow. 
    Russian capital residents are forced to use masks to breathe. The air is thick with, and shows no sign of hot weather to fade in Russia is expected temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius."Smoke invading the whole city, the situation worsens" said Alexei Popikov, director of public enterprise charged with environmental protection !
     Moscow fears that forest fires could trigger a new ecological disaster if the fire would affect the radioactive polluted areas after the explosion at Chernobyl.
     Results of fires in Russia has risen to 48 dead and thick smoke covered the Moscow subway arrived. Fires have destroyed so far few forests, villages and a military unit.

Romania gets green !
