Huge traffic jams in Moscow, the World Day without Cars !

   Russian citizens have remained insensitive to the World Day without Cars, marked by higher than usual traffic jams in Moscow. 
    Movement of the Russian capital outskirts Wednesday morning was almost blocked, while hardly advancing vehicles downtown. 
    "Traffic jams were higher than usual Wednesday morning, despite this action, probably because of the rain", explains spokesman for the Moscow Centre traffic management.
